The JW Marriott Hotel Miami in Brickell has a new executive chef: Chef Daniel Goldich. In addition to being in charge of menu planning and development at the hotel's restaurants, banquets, and special events, Chef Goldich will oversee the very exclusive (only seats 20) Trapiche Room. His prior accomplishments include working at the Michelin-starred L'Essentiel in France and as sous chef at the Five Star, Five Diamond St. Regis Monarch Beach Resort and Spa in Dana Point, California.
