Winning Recipe: GREY GOOSE® Diamonds & Pears

At the first installment of the GREY GOOSE® Punch Wars—a nine-city tour pitting expert mixologists up against each other to create the ultimate punch, utilizing the full GREY GOOSE® Vodka portfolio—Chicago's Lynn House (of Blackbird restaurant) dazzled the crowd and took the crown with her Diamonds & Pears cocktail. Over the course of the next month, the Punch Wars will visit a handful of Eater cities. The winners will meet in a final Punch Wars battle in Miami.

GREY GOOSE® La Poire [2 cups]
lime juice [2 cups]
simple syrup [1.5 cups]
white grape juice [2 cups]
rosemary [4 springs]
ground nutmeg [2 teaspoons]
club soda [12 oz]
Asian Cen Mai Cha Tea [2 cups]
Fee Bros. Old Fashioned Bitters [6 dashes]
fresh lime [12 slices]

1. Muddle 3 sprigs of rosemary in punch bowl as to coat with oils.
2. Add all remaining ingredients and chill.
3. Thinly slice limes, dust with sugar and nutmeg, brûlée and float on top of punch.

Serves 12 6 oz. portions.
