The fifth concept and sixth restaurant from the Pubbelly boys, PB Steak is now officially open and serving up small plates, raw bar, crudo, seafood entrees as well as tender steaks with hearty sides and crave-worthy desserts. The video takes a look at some of the dishes as Chef Mendín talks about his favorites, the leading ladies behind the bar and desserts, and what the Pubbelly empire is taking over next. All he'll say for now is that they'll be heading up the food and beverage program at a hotel on Collins Avenue... May the speculations begin.
