The Fed Turns One; Cellar 1954 Wine Series Begins

WINE DINNERS— The launch of the Fontainebleau hotel's Cellar 1954 Wine & Dinner Series kicks off next week on January 22. The monthly dinners will feature top wines and winemakers paired with the Italian food at Scarpetta. Next week will have Bertani Winery, with other greats like Dom Perignon, Kosta Browne, and Penfold's Wines featured in the coming months. Seating is limited and costs $195 a person.
