What's to Come at THE FLAT Next Month

Get a peek at what the South of Fifth's got coming next month. The above rendering is of the bar at THE FLAT, a new "before experience" coming to the beach from VIP gatekeeper Cedric Adegnika. It'll be a place to drop by before dinner, before hitting the clubs, or for a nightcap before calling it a night and going to bed. The euro-themed cocktail lounge will focus on cocktails, with a list of over 40 drinks by mixologist Egor Polonskiy. There will be about 12 sweet and salty verrines (light bites) by executive chef/consultant Giuseppe "Beppe" Galazzito to help you work your way through all those drinks you'll be sipping until the wee morning hours. As of now, THE FLAT is set to open in mid-February. Stay tuned.
