It's been a while since we've heard anything about Josh Woodward, the former 8 oz. Burger Bar owner who was charged for attempted murder in October. Woodward pleaded not guilty to four counts of "attempted, willful and premeditated murder after he allegedly tried to induce a miscarriage of his then-girlfriend in 2009," when he was arraigned in October 2012. Now, apparently while Woodward is out on bail and awaiting trial, he's putting some time to use by signing a deal to open an Asian spot at the former Kim's Chinese on Lincoln Road. [Miami.com]
