lr.jpgBread and Butter in Coral Gables is now officially open for dinner. The Cuban gastropub, owned by chef Albert Cabrera, opened yesterday and will be offering Cuban favorites with a twist. The innovative menu includes Cuban sandwiches on bao buns, tamale with oxtail and egg, and cortadito milkshakes made with liquid nitrogen. Dinner is served Monday through Thursday between 5:30 p.m. and 10 p.m. and Friday and Saturday from 5:30 p.m. to midnight. Breakfast and lunch coming soon. [Miami.com]
