Bar Lorenzo to Open in South Beach

According to Miami.com, Top Chef's Tony Mantuano will open his first Miami restaurant, Bar Lorenzo, sometime late spring. Mantuano, chef and partner of Spiaggia in Chicago, plans for his new spot to be a "casual, elegant Italian restaurant". Mantuano says he will import a wood-oven stove from Italy as well as create a roof top garden for herbs and tomatoes. Sounds like this place might deliver the ultimate Italian dining experience.
