1) Sunny Isles Beach: The Palazzo D'Oro atop the Mansions at Acqualina, which is otherwise known as the most ridiculous penthouse to hit the market, like ever, has officially hit the market with a grand listing price of $55 million. The long, long list of features includes a glass bottomed pool cantilevered off the building's side.
2) Star Island: Rosie O'Donnell has pricechopped her Star Island estate by $2M to $17.5 million in an effort to see more sales action. No word on whether the house's sordid pseudo-religious-cult past has anything to do with the price reduction, but it wouldn't be a surprise.
3) The Friendly Skies: Eastern Airlines, Miami's defunct hometown air line could soon be not-so-defunt. Reports are in from China that the airline may or may not be reviving, with headquarters back in Miami.
