The Flat Announces Chef Beppe, Coming Soon to SoFi

The soon-to-come SoFi spot The Flat has just announced its Executive Chef. Meet Executive Chef and Consultant Giuseppe "Beppe" Galazzi. Beppe is the cheerful fella from behind the kitchens at I Corsini and award-winning Sardinia Enoteca. Surely he'll bring his Italian background and expertise along with his knowledge of Miami's dining scene to the new concept at The Flat, headed by former SoBe doorman about town Cedric Adegnika. A cocktail lounge first and foremost, The Flat is slated to be the ideal pre-anything experience as a place to grab some drinks and small bites before a night out on South Beach or after a long night sucking in to wear that skin-tight bandage dress (kitchen is open late night). Beppe will be designing the menu by working around the cocktails and creating small artisanal dishes that complement them. Expect to start sipping drinks and grazing on Beppe's bites sometime in February. The Flat will be located at 500 South Pointe Drive.
