Take note, Drake: Fort Lauderdale's YOLO Restaurant officially holds the trademark to the phrase. Before Drake sparked the YOLO (You Only Live Once) phenomenon with his song "The Motto", there existed a restaurant on Las Olas Boulevard by the same name. Recently, Drake has been suggesting businesses selling merchandise with the phrase should be paying him. Turns out YOLO Restaurant owner Tim Petrillo actually holds the trademark to it.
