Sakaya's mastermind Chef Richard Hales is at it again with a new restaurant coming soon to the Midtown neighborhood.
Blackbrick, a 50-seat Chinese-inspired restaurant, will open in the old ACME Bakery space, just across from his flagship Sakaya Kitchen. Out of the kitchen will come: nose-to-tail whole animal fare; vegetarian and tofu options; house-made sauces; hand-cut noodles; a full dim sum menu; and house-made Chinese charcuterie.
