The Miami New Times offers an underground supper club guide. $45 vegetable driven dinners by the name of Kulinary Therapy are the brain child of Joshua Marcus, the chef and owner of Josh's Deli. Cobaya dinners, featured on Bizarre Foods last year, are not for picky eaters as chefs can cook whatever they want.
