Shikany Gearing Up for November Opening

Proprietor and executive chef Michael Shikany's new Wynwood restaurant Shikany is slated to open in November and the above picture shows that the space is getting closer to opening its doors in time for Art Basel. According to a recent Facebook update, the AC is going in right now.

Chef Shikany, who over the course of his career has been lauded by the Miami Herald, Zagat, and Gourmet to name a few, will offer innovative and inventive menus that change from week to week or day to day at his discretion, private and communal dining tables, and a range cooking, wine, and mixology classes.
