The latest addition to the Village at Gulfstream Park: a tapas-style eatery called POC (Port of Call) Modern American Cuisine. Behind items like seared foie gras, butter poached lobster and pan-roasted duck breast are Austin executive chef Benjamin Huselton and former Nobu sushi chef Kevin Z. As for what they're all about, their website says the new Hallandale spot " brings to their patrons unique elements of different culinary flavors using the best seafood, meats and vegetables from all over the world".
