REBIRTHS - Phuc Yea!, the pop-up restaurant from Aniece Meinhold and Cesar Zapata (of The Federal Food Drink & Provisions) really wants to come back - for good. And they might be doing just that sometime soon. Before anything though, they're asking their hardcore fans to vote for their restaurant this-a-way. SOUTH BEACH – To celebrate Halloween, Tongue & Cheek is hosting a Little Monsters Halloween Bash on October 26 from 12 tp 2 p.m. Along with the regular brunch menu, the whimsical spot is offering some creatively named dishes for the tots. Think "Boo-Berry" or pumpkin pancakes with marshmellows, "Lil Monsters" chicken fingers and fries and "Scream" doughnuts. [EaterWire]

SOUTH BEACH - Here's a chance to shamelessly sport those bunny ears: Hyde Beach is hosting a Playboy Halloween Masquerade, where it's totally acceptable (and even encouraged with a $500 prize for sexiest costume and best bunny outfit) to dress up in the famed Playboy attire and go out in public.
