DESIGN DISTRICT – In honor of fall, The Cypress Room will be "extending dinner hours". Miami.com reports that the Michael Schwartz spot will now start serving dinner at 5:30 p.m. In addition to this, they've also added a "new pre-theater prix-fixe dinner menu", a three-course meal which is available for $49 or $69 (with wine pairings) Monday through Saturday from 5:30 to 7 p.m. [Miami.com]
MIAMI BEACH - Crab season is upon us, which for Red, the Steakhouse, means the first shipment of Alaskan King Crab has arrived and is available at the restaurant. Starting tonight, guests will have the option of ordering it by the pound and half-pound or getting the full six-foot long deal (which is enough for 10 people). [EaterWire]
BOCA – Kapow! now serves brunch every Sunday from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. They'll be offering their regular menu, plus some brunchier stuff like "bacon and jalapeno rangoon with chimichurri ($6)" and "Captain Crunch French toast". And, as is only right, bottomless mimosas for $15 and $5 bloody marys. [CPC]
KEY BISCAYNE – If you're looking to get fancy with it, then head over to Ritz-Carlton Key Biscayne. They'll be hosting a "white truffle dinner", which will include a six-course meal, wine parings and lots of Italian white truffles. Tickets cost $220 per person. [Miami.com]
