There's a newbie joining Miami's underground supper clubs: Dinner Lab. According to Short Order, Dinner Lab dubs itself a "social dining experiment" and has "outposts in nine major cities" including Austin, New York, and Los Angeles. Members pay an annual fee of $150, which gives them and one guest (with the purchase of tickets to each event) "access to events in Miami as well as other participating cities". Each dinner will be held in a different, and according to their website, "never otherwise" known location, featuring a different group of local or out-of-town chefs and various menus.
