To celebrate Eater Cocktail Week 2013, the awesome folks at Khong River House have created a special Eater Cocktail: The Thai Holy Collins. What is it? One tall, glorious glass of Plymouth Gin, a squeeze of fresh lemon juice mixed with a touch of saffron vanilla syrup, some Thai basil, and bitter lemon soda, finished with a Thai basil leaf and a chilli syrup candied lemon peel. The very limited edition Eater cocktail will only be available at the restaurant this week, so get your drink on soon.
