Top Chef New Orleans got off to "a sweaty running start" last night for an eleventh season full of product placements and Big Easy stereotypes. While the new crop of cheftestapants got to skip the Quickfire this time, they did compete for beads on a fancy swamp boat shared with Padma Lakshmi, Tom Colicchio, Emeril Lagasse, and guest judge Curtis Stone.
