Seasalt Brasserie, a new 200-seat restaurant in a warehouse on the Miami River, will open later this month, Miami.com reports. The project comes from developer and designer Stephane Dupoux, who has built well known projects across the country including Pearl and Nikki Beach here and Jean Georges in Vegas, a Starwood alum Carlos Miranda, and chef Alfredo Alvarez.
The restaurant will feature three kitchens, two wood burning ovens, multiple bars, a banquet space, a private chef's table, and a private dock, while the menu will feature homemade pastas, a raw bar, and woodfired casseroles. By the looks of Craigslist ads they recently held an open house for all positions and they're scheduled to open November 1.
