Chef Morimoto to Open South Beach Restaurant

Last year right around this time, we included Masaharu Morimoto, in our round-up of chefs that Miami was missing. Turns out all you have to do here is wish for things because Mr. Morimoto is actually making his way down to Miami.

Short Order reports, after finding an ad on craigslist, that the Iron Chef plans to open a restaurant "at the Shelborne Wyndham Grand South Beach, which is currently undergoing renovation and scheduled to completely re-open sometime this winter". Stay tuned for more details.
