Almost a month ago, it was announced that a 200-seat restaurant called Seasalt Brasserie would be opening up today, November 1. Plans have changed a bit. The restaurant now calls itself Seasalt and Pepper and they've postponed the opening date to November 15. In honor of Cocktail Week 2013, they've given us their up-until-now secret cocktail menu.
In addition to cocktails, the restaurant will offer a variety of "gastro classics with an emphasis on freshly sourced produce", according to a press release. Behind the menu is executive chef Alfredo Alvarez, who's created dishes like Shaved Fennel and Zucchini Salad, Braised Squid and Baby Artichoke and Duck Confit Salad.
