As of today, Lorenzo, one of Miami's most anticipated fall restaurants, is officially open.
The Redbury's new restaurant is helmed by chef Tony Mantuano, a James Beard award-winner with several highly acclaimed restaurants to his name including Chicago's four-star (and nearly 30 year old) Spiaggia. Mantuano's brought all his restaurants' most popular dishes and added them to Lorenzo's menu; dishes like gnocchi with (locally sourced) wild boar and one of his old time classics, spaghetti alla nadia.
Lorenzo, Mantuano's first Miami venture, will be open for dinner from 6 p.m. to midnight, starting today. Come November 26, the eatery will also be open during lunch from 12 to 4 p.m. and later, in December, they plan to launch a late night menu that will be available from midnight to 2 a.m.
