15 and Vine Kitchen and Bar Opening at Viceroy

A new restaurant called 15 and Vine Kitchen and Bar will be opening this month at the Viceroy hotel. Miami.com reports the upcoming spot will serve a "contemporary American tapas-style menu." A publicist also tells the blog the dishes are "influenced by Latin, Asian and Italian" flavors and made with "fresh, seasonal ingredients". Once 15 and Vine gets up and running, they'll be open Monday through Sunday from 7 to 11 a.m. for breakfast, 11 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. for lunch and 5:30 to 10 p.m. for dinner.
