The Quattro Boys to Open Via Verdi Cucina Rustica

The "twins behind the dishes at Quattro Gastronomia Italiana", Nicola and Fabrizio Carro, and "mixologist Cristiano Vezzoli" will be opening up a new Italian restaurant called Via Verdi Cucina Rustica in the former Uva 69 location. According to Short Order, the menu, which is "still being finalized", will consist of seasonally-changing dishes inspired by various regions of Italy with a "twist of dynamic presentation". Also in the works is the renovation of the space, which will include an outdoor bar and décor like "rustic woods with modern furnishing". No word on when the new eatery is set to up as of yet, but stay tuned.
