The $65 Baoli Burger; Stephen Starr's Verde at PAMM

DOWNTOWN – Word is out on the Stephen Starr restaurant that is coming to Perez Art Museum Miami a.k.a. PAMM. According to Miami.com, the new "104-seat restaurant and bar" with plans to open on December 4, will be called Verde. Guests can expect a "Miami-centric menu" with "international … "local seafood and protein offerings"; and "Florida-themed desserts" like "cane sugar donuts with Cuban coffee dip and flan." MIAMI BEACH – Baoli just rolled out what may be the most expensive burger in Miami, the $65 Baoli Burger. The burger's made with "kobe beef, foie gras, black truffle slices, brioche bread and other toppings". [EaterWire]

MIAMI – Brooklyn Brewery Food & Arts Festival is hitting the road and it's making a stop in Miami. The event, called Brooklyn Beer Mash, will be "an expression of Brooklyn art, music, food and the cultural links we see with many cities around the world," says president and co-founder Steve Hindy, in a press release.
