Latin Burger and Taco Goes Brick and Mortar

From awards to TV shows, the Latin Burger and Taco truck has received numerous accolades, so it's not too surprising that they're stepping up their game with a permanent location. "Don't worry", Short Order reports, "the original truck will still be out and about." The upcoming restaurant, which will serve up many of their classics, but feature "an expanded menu", plans to open in the old BGR: The Burger joint location in Coral Gables on Miracle Mile in December. Owner Jim Heins tells the blog, "We're keeping the personality of the food and the truck, but now you get to sit down, have great service, grab a beer, and watch the Heat game."
