Speakeasy Rose Bar; Serafina Celebrates Porcini Shrooms

SOUTH BEACH – Serafina Dream South Beach is celebrating Porcini season. Through the end of November they'll be offering two porcini mushroom dishes, an arugula salad with sliced porcini mushrooms and a egg pasta with fresh porcini. [EaterWire]

DESIGN DISTRICT – Eater National's got some photos of what's on show at Tapas: Spanish Design For Food, which is, according to a press release, "an exhibition organized by AC/E with the collaboration of SPAIN Arts & Culture, La Fundación España-Florida 500 Años and the Centro Cultural Español de Miami, in recognition of the 500th anniversary of the arrival of the first European, Spaniard Ponce de León, to the shores of Florida." SOUTH BEACH - The Delano's Rose Bar is hosting a Thanksgiving edition of their Whiskey Wednesdays on November 27, from 9 p.m. to midnight. According to a press release, the "space will transform into a modern-day speakeasy, offering those with a password access to light bites, craft beers and spontaneous small batch Moonshine cocktails".
