P.I.G. is Next Week; Thanksgiving at Swine Southern

WYNWOOD – Pork enthusiasts, an event called P.I.G. is probably worth trying out. Chef Jeramiah Bullfrog of gastroPod tells Eater, "it's kind of like Cochon 555" adding that "The event will be laid back on the vibes, great food, killer music, and cheap booze." For the $50 the VIP tickets cost, they've got a pretty impressive line-up of chefs comprised of Four Season's Aaron Brooks, Eating House's Giorgio Rapicavoli, The Dutch's Conor Hanlon, J&G's Brad Kilgore and St. Regis' Antonio Bachour. CORAL GABLES – In case you need more options for where to have your Thanksgiving feast, consider Swine Southern Table & Bar. They're serving up a $58 per person three-course menu that includes options like 72 hour brined and smoked turkey breast, oyster pan stew, cider braised beets and butternut squash s'mores cheesecake.
