P.I.G. is Next Week; Thanksgiving at Swine Southern

WYNWOOD – Pork enthusiasts, an event called P.I.G. is probably worth trying out. Chef Jeramiah Bullfrog of gastroPod tells Eater, "it's kind of like Cochon 555" adding that "The event will be laid back on the vibes, great food, killer music, and cheap booze." For the $50 the VIP tickets cost, they've got a pretty impressive line-up of chefs comprised of Four Season's Aaron Brooks, Eating House's Giorgio Rapicavoli, The Dutch's Conor Hanlon, J&G's Brad Kilgore and St. Regis' Antonio Bachour.
