Batch Gastropub, you know just one of Miami's most anticipated fall openings, is almost ready for action and they've got a new player on their team: former Area 31 chef Michael Reidt. According to Short Order, Reidt's the man in charge creating their menu. Along with him are chefs Adrian Talavera, "a west coast native", and Pablo Zitzmann, who's previously worked with Nobu and Sra. Martinez. Learn more about the upcoming menu this way.
