Fèz, South Beach's New Moroccan-Inspired Restaurant

Photo via Facebook

South Beach has just welcomed a new restaurant called Fèz. According to Urban Daddy, SoBe's latest is helmed by "a chef who hails from Morocco", which is perhaps why the blog calls the spot "an exotic Moroccan shrine to lamb belly and seafood tagine". According to their Facebook, Fez aims "to use local ingredients – especially fresh fish – and healthy cooking techniques in our culinary preparation", to offer guests "a peak into a new and modern Morocco". Fèz is open for dinner daily; Monday through Thursday and Sunday from 5:30 p.m. to 11 p.m. and Friday and Saturday from 5:30 p.m. to 12 a.m.
