SuViche is conquering territory this month with a third outpost of the restaurant opening up November 15. The new SuViche will be located in Wynwood at 2751 N Miami Avenue in the former Bloom space and will be slightly different than the other locations. The Wynwood locale will feature a full bar and large outdoor terrace and, something neither of the other locations have, a Pisco bar (where 12 different Pisco infusions will be served). If you're missing Bloom's cocktails, worry not, a press release informs that a couple of Bloom's most popular cocktails will stay on the menu.
Food wise, the spot's keeping it classic SuViche, with a few new dishes by executive chef Jamie Pesaque. Once they're up and running, the Peruvian-Japanese fusion joint will be open Monday through Wednesday from 11:30 a.m. to 11 p.m.; Thursday and Friday from 11:30 a.m. to 2 a.m.; Saturdays from noon to 2 a.m.; and Sundays from noon to 11 p.m.
