Carla Pellegrino to Open Touché Restaurant & Lounge

More updates on Top Chef Alum Carla Pellegrino's Miami Restaurant: The upcoming spot is called Touché Restaurant & Lounge and it will be opening "on the rooftop of the new E11even, a $40 million, 24-hour dayclub and nightclub." According to Eater Vegas, Pellegrino hasn't yet announced they type of food she will serve at her 6,950-square-foot fine-dining restaurant, but she did confirm a February opening. As for the new club Pellegrino's restaurant will call home, "E11even will include a 25,000-square-foot club that combines cabaret with nightlife around the clock."
