New to the Coral Way area is a self-proclaimed "globally-minded French fusion" restaurant that opened up last week called Nothing but the Best. A press release informs that the cuisine is not strictly "traditional French", but that dishes will "remind travelers of food they can only find in France" and made with less butter and cream and more olive oil and yogurt.

Behind the new eatery and its lighter-than-traditional-French dishes is executive chef Yann Rio, a French chef with three other restaurants to his name including the Michelin Guide recognized Sequoia in Montpellier, France. For now the Nothing but the Best is only open for dinner (from 6 to 11:30 p.m.), but they plan to extend their offerings with lunch hours sometime in the near future. Their bar-lounge is open till 1 a.m.
