A new pastry shop called Hugo & Victor recently opened up at the Webster hotel. Behind the new spot are Michelin-Star rated Hugues Pouget and Sylvain Blanc, two friends who founded Hugo & Victor back in 2010 in Paris. The shop at the Webster will offer a variety of seasonally changing pastries and chocolates infused with flavors like passion fruit and pistachio as well as more exotic flavors like verbena, lemongrass, bergamot and finger lime.
