A Canada-based chain (with 65 restaurants) called Earls Kitchen & Bar is coming to Dadeland Mall sometime Spring 2014. Overseeing the kitchen is executive chef Luke Verkuylen, whose focus will be on creating global, ingredient-driven, seasonal dishes. Menu highlights include Cambodian prawns, chicken tacos, cobia ceviche and various cocktails like Earl's Old Fashioned and Pineapple Ginger Margarita made with 100% fresh squeezed in-house juices and homemade syrups.
Stan Fuller, owner of Earls' restaurants, says he is excited to bring his concept to the Magic City in a press release adding, "We believe that soul, combined with a great global menu and a beautiful, buzzy dining room will make us a perfect fit for Miami's diverse, multicultural community and savvy dining public."
