Blackbrick Chinese is Opening This Thursday

Photo via Short Order

Another one of Miami's most anticipated Fall openings, Blackbrick Chinese, is on the fast track toward its debut. The Richard Hales (of Sakaya) owned spot is set to open its doors on December 5, this Thursday. Short Order got a glimpse at the upcoming restaurant, which they say will serve "a limited menu for Art Basel," but no cocktails as of yet, even though the spot "will have a full liquor license." As for décor, the blog reports that the 1,780 square feet, "former Acme Bakery space is barely recognizable, going from a Kansas-meets-Miami vibe to a kick-ass rock 'n' roll sensibility." Check out a nice set of interior shots this way.
