FORT LAUDERDALE — Santacon: it's the movement that's sweeping the world, and Fort Lauderdale's joined in on the fun. Join the swarm of belly-hugging bearded men and women at Mangos Las Olas this Saturday at 6 p.m. as they spread holiday cheer from bar to bar. Bringing gifts to hand out is encouraged, as well as a donation for Kids in Distress, the local charity that this Santacon is donating to. And if you don't have a Santa suit to wear, fret not; elves and reindeer are welcome! [Eater Wire]

MIDTOWN — Chinese Restaurants have become synonymous with a Christmas dinner gone awry, but Blackbrick may possibly change that. Midtown's latest Chinese joint is hosting a multiple-course dinner menu for $65 a person on Christmas, with complimentary hot tea or an optional beer or wine pairing for $25. Reservations are required for their 6 and 9 p.m seatings, and can be made here. The holiday jingles they'll be singing are complimentary, however. [SO]
