Eat Dessert All Night Long at Insomnia Cookies

Insomnia Cookies, a chain from Serve U Brands with over 40 locations, is opening a Miami Beach outpost. Exactly what might be implied from the name, Insomnia will be open at some pretty uncanny – and fantastic - hours, 11 a.m. to 5:30 a.m., which is not even as great as the fact that they'll deliver their sweets straight to one's doorstep (until 3 a.m. and with milk if one so desires). Besides cookies (think chocolate chunk, snickerdoodle and s'mores deluxe), the bakery also offers cookie cakes, brownies, and ice cream with various toppings. We'll update with an official opening date once there is one. Their Facebook page will at some point have a free cookie coupon available, according to a press release, once opening day comes.
