Recently opened Semilla Eatery & Bar receives a two-and-a-half star rating from Miami.com's Jodi Mailander Farrell. According to Farrell, "hard, stiff banquettes" made for "awkward seating" and several dishes like "lackluster scallops" and "heavy and chewy" beef short rib didn't make the cut, but "excellent" oysters, "simple and light desserts" and "divine" beef barbecue skewers did.
