After recently celebrating its five-year anniversary, Gotham Steak at the Fontainebleau is closing. Miami.com reports the Alfred Portale restaurant is "checking out" and a new steakhouse is set to debut fall 2014 "under the continued direction of Chef de Cuisine Derrick Roberts and Fontainebleau Executive Chef Thomas Connell."
