BRICKELL - db Bistro Moderne will be celebrating Three King's Day with a Galette Des Rois by db Bistro Moderne's pastry chef Jerome Maure. The tradition is that the one of the flaky pastry slices has a small figurine inside and whoever finds it wears the crown each cake has. An 8" galette is available for $32 and a 10" for $42.
