Temaris Opening Soon in Brickell

Mary Brickell Village has welcomed a new spot named Temaris where Zen Sushi used to be. The Japanese eatery, which neighbors the recently opened OTC, should be open by the end of the month. According to Temaris' owner, Alexander Perroni, and his partner, Rudy Manzon, their first ever restaurant will serve a fusion of Latin and Japanese food. Manzon says the place will be a casual dining spot with affordable, but high quality menu items, such as "The Feisty Puerto Rican" and "The Red Dragon Lady", reflecting the soft and feminine feel of the place. Sake cocktails and Sapporo draft beers were also mentioned, but as of now the rest of the menu remains private, as does the name of the chef -Though Perroni and Manzon say they are "very lucky to have him".
