Karlie C. Tomica, the 20 year old girl involved in the death of executive chef Stefano Riccioletti after a fatal hit and run, is due to appear at court today. The Miami Herald reports that although previous charges were for "leaving the scene of an accident involving a fatality", now "prosecutors are expected to file formal charges of DUI manslaughter".
