A new eatery is popping up on 21st and Collins Ave.. Right next door to the much anticipated and soon to open Charles St. and across the street from The Setai Grill, Eater spotted some construction going on and confirmed that the space being worked on would be a restaurant. No details on the mystery spot as of yet, but the location is promising. Stay tuned.
