A new gastropub called Batch is coming to town. Kevin Danilo and a manager at The Surfcomber hotel, Jerry Flynn, plan to open the new spot in about a year. Danilo tells Short Order that "a big focus ... will be on service", that they plan to serve "cocktails with house made cordials, bitters and sodas", and that the restaurant will be all about "global cuisine".
