Short Order reports that several restaurants were temporarily closed due to "critical violations". The eateries received violations for a number of reasons including roaches, poorly contained and spoiled food, and rodents. Among the list of those that were closed and allowed to open once they got their act together were La Guira, Gibara, and Café Enrique and Café Espersito in Dadeland Mall. [SO]
