Short order found "an ad on BrewingWork.com" that's looking for a Brewmaster, and so came the discovery that a new brewery is on its way to Miami: Biscayne Bay Brewing Company. No details on the new spot yet, but it seems as though it may pop up in the Gables. [SO]
