Michael Schwartz and José Andrés' Next Moves

The Wall Street Journal reports that there are new restaurant projects on the horizon for both Michael Schwartz of Michael's Genuine Food & Drink and José Andrés of The Bazaar. Word is that Sam Nazarian of the SLS Hotel's SBE group is partnering up with "condominium king" Jorge Perez of Related Group for a new 133-room hotel (to open in 2015) with plans to include restaurants that will be "overseen by chefs José Andrés and Michael Schwartz". Meanwhile, Schwartz' Cypress Room is still under development (with an opening date coming soon!) as is his project at The Raleigh. [WSJ]
